Data controller

What we collect
The forms on this site (contact, speaking inquiry, spontaneous application) open your own mail client. No form data is stored on the website's servers; what you choose to email us is handled in our mailbox. When you book a call through the booking page, you enter your name, email, and phone number in our booking calendar, and the details are used to run and follow up on the meeting. Our hosting provider keeps technical server logs (IP address, timestamp) for operations and security.
Analytics and marketing
After your consent in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, and Meta Pixel to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising. None of these tools load before you consent. You can change your choice at any time via the Cookies link in the footer.
Legal basis
Analytics and marketing are based on consent. Handling inquiries you send us is based on legitimate interest. Data connected to booked meetings is based on pre-contractual steps.
Cookies
The site sets one cookie storing your consent choice (canguro-consent). After consent, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Meta Pixel set their respective cookies (including _ga and _fbp). If you decline, no analytics or marketing cookies are set.
Recipients
Data may be processed by our providers: Google (Workspace, Analytics), Microsoft (Clarity), Meta (Pixel), Vercel (hosting), and HighLevel (booking system). We never sell personal data. Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA; such transfers rely on the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
Retention
Emails and booking details are kept as long as needed for the matter and reasonable follow-up. Analytics data is stored according to each tool's settings.
Your rights
You have the right to request access, rectification, and erasure of your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Contact arvid@canguromedia.se. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
