How two founders in Gothenburg went from an all-round agency to one thing: filling beauty clinics calendars across Europe.
Canguro Media did not start with beauty clinics. Two of us ran an all-round marketing agency in Gothenburg, taking on every kind of business that walked through the door.
Then a beauty clinic in Sweden got in touch. Her marketing meant she had to call every lead herself, between doing the treatments and looking after the people already in her chair. She was spending her days on work she was not trained for and did not love, instead of the work she was.
So we stopped handing her leads to chase. We started booking real customers straight into her calendar.

It worked, and then it broke. No-shows. Late cancellations. People who booked without ever meaning to come. So we kept building: better targeting, better qualifying, better reminders, one clinic at a time.
We report against customers in the calendar, not clicks in Meta. That is the only metric that matters.
Since then we have worked with more than 450 beauty clinics and built what we believe is the best and most profitable marketing system for beauty clinic owners in Europe. That is the one thing we do now. Nothing else.
